The journey began with an exhaustive assessment to understand the existing state of diversity, equity, and inclusion within Regan Technologies. The firm then contracted with external DEI consultants to conduct an impartial analysis. While Regan Technologies received an extremely high DEI rating, A thorough understanding was established as a baseline as part of planning subsequent steps towards fostering a more inclusive work environment, if possible.
